Status: Exploratory. This register is authoritative for unresolved decisions in the Generative Governance research dossier. Resolving an entry does not change GSM until the outcome passes the Change Proposal process.

Status vocabulary

These statuses are not research record roles.

Status Meaning
Active On the critical path; a next test is identified.
Parked Listed, but not on the current test path.
Hypothesis Bound to a numbered H- record under investigation.
Proposed A GSM Change Proposal carries the decision.
Accepted The proposal was accepted for normative integration.
Rejected The candidate change will not proceed.
Merged Closed into another decision ID.

Method items

These are program-method questions, not object-level GSM forks.

ID Status Question Next test
GOV-M01 Parked Which relation predicates survive cases, and do any former family names remain useful? After H-CM-01
GOV-M02 Parked How are the published placement gates applied to a specific finding? First candidate outcome
GOV-M03 Parked What evidence distinguishes defined possibility, observed occurrence, inference, evaluation, and warranted attribution? Bound to H-CM-01

Resolution requirements

Each resolved decision must record:

  1. selected outcome and rejected alternatives;
  2. systemics rationale;
  3. baseline evidence, observations, counterexamples, and falsifiers;
  4. selected placement in core GSM, the GSM ontology, or a derived view;
  5. selected normative semantics and affected GSM artifacts;
  6. conformance requirements added, changed, or withdrawn;
  7. dependencies on other decision IDs.
